Should parents be put in jail for not vaccinating their children?
These vaccines contain mercury (a poisonous substance that may be to blam for the rise of autism in young children)
And some people actually get sick from the shots themselves like my younger brother who contracted Measles AND Rubella
from his vaccinations.
Does not vaccinating a child mean you should be thrown in jail?
Is throwing these people in jail a violation of constitutional rights?

Ok should schools expell children who are not Vaccinated? This Happened to friends of mine when they wouldn`t give their little boy the shots.
parents should have the right to put into their child’s body what they choose not what the goverment tells them they have to. now the goverment will get to support my son with disability money for the rest of his life, but my son is paying the price of getting to have a normal life.

Nobody's going to jail. The school is way beyond their legal rights on this. Don't be surprised if the next notice is a recall of that school board.

But the Government tells you too.
The libs want to make sure every child has access to medicine, regardless of how there parents feel about it. If John Edwards has his way (if he ever became president) In his health care reform it would be illegal to miss an annual check up.
When everyone starts turning over there personal lives to the government socialism starts.

Absolutely not! This is just another way to take another right that we have. Isn't it something? How we take over other countries to "Give them Freedom" but they are slowly taking away our freedoms?!

Every state has some kind of vaccine waiver whether it is a religious, medical, or philosphical waiver. And believe me, I will exercizing my rights and using this waiver. No mercury for my children!
